I tend to agree with you, Travis. As Bill mentioned - our longer lives are now allowing things like cancer and Alzheimers, things that build up over time, to start killing us.

He's not referring to YOU specifically but what he PERCEIVES your personality/type to be.Okay....I have worked with you in the past. Fired you more than once. Different name, different places...but, same person.
So, he/she (/it?) is saying that he's seen your 'type' before and fired them... at lease twice. Two different people in two different places.
Possibly the same beef with him but he's been (or liked better by those) further up the food chain and taa daa. The resume gets dusted off for the "Your type" guy. -
