Venezuelan "Pepitos" (the equivalent of a garbage plate there) with a twist (I added Dijon and BBQ sauce). The regular ingredients are: sub bread, lettuce, chips, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, bacon mayonnaise, corn sauce, garlic mayonnaise, shredded parmesan cheese, chicken and steak all together.

Last night's dinner was an absolutely perfectly medium rare porterhouse steak (sous vide cooked to 123F, then seared on the grill), served w/ green peas and au jus. Lunch today was a nice meatball sub.

Trying to limit my carb intake this week since I ate like a pasta-crazed demon last month, so I'm having lunchmeat and cheese "cigars", broccoli with hummus, and almonds.
This week's dinner is baked cajun drumsticks and mixed veggies.

Yeah--it helps with time saving (I have a few other commitments after my work day is over), budgeting, and I generally enjoy what I make so I don't get too sick of it. Weekends are a little more lax and help break up the monotony.

Totally--I have a gig Wednesday night that feeds me, so it helps break it up.

I could eat that a week, but two weeks I'd probably have to off myself.
