RE: Fixing My Resume
Thought everyone would be excited to know that the resume you all helped me write awhile ago, especially with the help of @scottalanmiller , @gjacobse and a couple others, was used to interview for an IT job this week. When reading the resume, the guy actually at one point said "Wow...you're not an entry level technician..." to which I tried to be humble about it and I said "I've done a lot of different stuff". I should be hearing from them soon. The guy who interviewed me is the owner, and I'll be following up Monday, considering he was out of town for a couple days this week. But I wanted to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the entire MangoLassi community for helping me in this regard!!!

Unitrends and Office365
So just got official word from Unitrends that Office365 is supported by them. They said it will work natively. The issue by default is they have 25 as the SMTP port and it obviously needs to be 465 for Office365. So, that being said, change one setting at the CLI level and use the normal setup means for email reports.

RE: How Much Does MangoLassi Guide NodeBB?

I had my last SpiceCorps of the year and brought MangoLassi up on the screen and gave a presentation about it and it's history - hopefully some of those 30 SpiceWorks users will check us out.
Funny, because I presented at SpiceCorps in Atlanta about a week ago and I mentioned ML as well!

Over 30K Posts for the Top 10 and Overall Great Growth!
So the top 10 posters on ML all now have over 1K posts, with @Hubtech being #11 at literally just a few short of 1000. Now I'm not making a game of this, but if you take all those post counts and add them together, the top 10 have contributed over 30,000 posts to MangoLassi! Considering the site has only been in existence since the second half of March of this year, 2014, that's remarkable!The community has continuously had great content and news for both IT and water closet. We are fairly close-knit and yet still growing at a fairly decent rate.
Our most viewed thread has over 60K views! Amazing!Let's keep MangoLassi growing and going strong!

RE: Re- Training
Give him a probation period to get his act together. Not knowing is one thing. His attitude is totally off. He basically threw his hands up and walked away. That's a defeatist mentality and needs to be done away with immediately or he will always be a destructive member of the team. It's great you sympathize with him. Tell him you will retrain him for 2 weeks. See how he does. Tell him he's on at least a 3-month probation. If he can't fix it, he does NOT walk away. He either figures it out or gets help to figure it out. If he can't do it, it does not justify him just leaving. That attitude will haunt him at whatever job he does, in whatever profession.

RE: Occasional Call failure report from Vitelity on Hosted PBX
@FiyaFly said:
Well, they send the notification as though they are getting a channel unavailable response from the PBX. I'm looking to call them tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone had seen this before. I do not think it is the PBX either.
Everything about this screams "hiccup in Vitelity" but of course, they'll pass it off as a PBX problem unless you can prove definitively otherwise.

RE: CloudatCost Connection Slow
So they've increased the RAM and they didn't do it to 2GB but rather 4GB! I'm a very happy man right now!
