Installing crappy cPanel is like buying a sports car and putting a boot on the wheel. There's literally no good reason what so ever to have it, it's slow as hell and eats resources like crazy. Just learn a few commands and you'll be fine.

Don't get yourself stuck with PHP 5.x, it's a dead end, fix your code now and/or do it right from the start and use PHP 7.

Apache with mod_php is a hell of a lot faster than PHP-FPM, because it's executed as a part of your running httpd thread pool rather than executing PHP literally every single page request. Nginx is faster than Apache except when it comes to PHP then hands down always use Apache with mod_php. If you turn on PHP 7's opcache you'll do even better.

In case you consider it and try to go with nginx, since that's what the cool kids try to push on people, OPcache won't make up for PHP-FPM having to literally start a process every single page request, every, single, page request. Nginx is a great reverse proxy though.

It also depends on what you're doing overall, memcached is great I've used it on a huge scale but what are you caching? What database are you looking at using, that'd really be the only reason to have an object cache like memcached at all.

Interesting, I will see how it performs without PHP FPM.

I have a FreePBX system (has a LAMP like stack on it) and it works just fine.

the user needs Cpanel and WHM, and those 2 are bulk of wasted resources, especially since they utilize and download there own PHP, I am running on ea-php 5

So I have VPS for LAMP and I want to optimize it to run on very low VPS like the 5$

I did the following extra steps

PHP-FPM
Memcached
CLoudFlare CDN caching everything

What else I can do ? to speed it up, any other tips and tricks ?

My concern with that is - the cost is significantly higher per page - Canons - 0.9 cent/page vs 2.1 cents page. Also, I would require them to have two devices - the old unit just for labels, and the new one for everything else - of course you know users - they'd likely not use the new one, i.e. they would refuse to change the printer as needed. They stopped making printers like they used to do, I bet if you bought new HP model it will fail as well. They expect you to shed 2000$ for big printer to print a piece of paper correctly, man by now we should be able to print stuff with our minds

I notice that when you delete files like purging of old backup jobs you get charged abit for the deletion. So this got me thinking should I not delete ?

I have Backup that backups 60 GB every sunday/tuesday/thursday, and to keep only max of 3 files, the same will reflect on the cloud due to rclone sync option.

My question is do you delete files often from cloud storage buckets or just keep them is cheaper ?

Okay latest update,

I have very good diabetes test and this is not related to diabetes for me or thyroid gland.

However today I went to ENT doctor and i found i have many inflammation in the nose + throat but worse in nose, perhaps that is causing the issues, I have been waking up very tired for days straight , it was very cold in my room and i even started to sleep in the living room cause it is warmed more, and even then I would wake up at 4 AM , so apparently I might be not getting good sleep due to my nose, I will take 2 weeks of mediications and hopefully be able to sleep better soon and that might be the cause of brain fog and fatiuge, also bad sleep affects HDL and explains heart palpitations.

Yeah I agree I dont think it is right to take that much amount to be honest.
