Sounds to me like there are several different issues (harrassment, discrimination) here. I would not quit or take their offer. I would hire an attorney and fight for an acceptable settlement.
Picking up from my discussion here, I went to reimage the VM and noticed that there is an entry for Centos 6.5 with cPanel and WHM.
Before I head down that path, it would be good to know if this will result in any additional fees from C@C. @AmanBhogal, can you clarify please?

Basically what @Dashrender said. I did the same thing about 18 years ago. The advantage of an S Corp is there is no tax consequence. All income from the business flows directly to your personal income, so no corp tax.

It was enabled, but wasn't logging. It may have been an issue with SELinux. I've since started over by reimaging the server. Further discussion is occurring here.

Does SHD support tasks that are tied to a ticket? That's a feature that we are currently using with OSTicket.
I'm getting a strange refresh issue with both Chrome and FF. Steps to reproduce:
Initially, I'm taken to the URL http://mangolassi.it/topic/1022/what-are-you-doing-right-now. When I press the back key, it takes me to http://mangolassi.it/topic/1022/what-are-you-doing-right-now/7734 and then keeps refreshing over and over.

In addition to the "contact" for a ticket (personally I think that this should be owner) there needs to be a list of stakeholders. Some systems just call this the CC list. People to be copied and that get access to view the ticket, but are not the owners. It's "people of interest". People that should be alerted to ticket status or whatever.
I don't like the word owner for the user that created a ticket. owner is the tech working/responsible for the ticket.
Makes sense. Is Contact a good term, though? Doesn't feel right.
