What did you have for lunch or dinner today?

Made salt and pepper swai with some sweet potato fries for dinner. Never had swai before really good flavor and excellent texture. Doesn't taste or feel fishy at all.

I like cheese and rice. It's like the Taco Bell version of mac and cheese.

Roommate just made me mac and cheese, which is totally a coincidence to @Minion-Queen
I microwaved some veggie hot dogs to cut up and add to it.
