My youngest had more scrambled eggs than she wanted, so I ate those, cold.

We've gotten pretty good at hand pies. GF is good with the pastry, I make the fillings. And there are styles from 'round the globe we haven't made yet.

I want to learn to make a great root veggies wellington.
The filling would be easy, it's that long, Wellington shape that makes it hard to cook right. I've done a full tilt beef Wellington before, turned out ok but it's hard to avoid the soggy bottom.

Soggy bottom is tough. I've had a perfect root veggie (rutabaga) in Stratford upon Avon at the local pub, it was amazing.
