I was just told it will be homemade pizza tomorrow
If the pizza ain't from NY, it won't be as good...our water makes our pizza so amazing...one reason no one else in the country can measure up to true NY pizza.
The real NY style places down here actually import NY water for their dough. My neighbors are from Long Island, they found this out from living here 10+ years.
Ok guys, we will have a pizza when I finally made it to NY someday
Come over for Mangcon, dammit!!!
Way too expensive, already calculated it and it will be like 5.000 EUR at least (1:0.9 EUR USD). Flight alone is $800 one way.
If you figure $1600 EUR for the flight, where does the other $3400 come from? Conference is very cheap, food and drinks are mostly included. Hotel isn't expensive.
Hotel, meal, 2-3 weeks of vacations, MY WIFE Can't travel to the US and leave her here.

Haha. Maybe next year. Joined this community too late, all my vacation days are already planned when I first heard about MangoCon. Would really love to be there.
Well the answer there is obvious

Ye Ole Pizza Pub in Oneida was a staple of my childhood. They encouraged you to carve your name into the tables. There were thousands of names in those tables. They had a GIANT projector screen and played movies all the time to keep the kids occupied. Great pizza, good price, really nice people who owned it, and I believe still do. Check them out! It's only a couple blocks from the house I came home to after being born!

Best I've ever come across was a bowling alley in Schenectady.

Um... that sounds amazing. We had tater tots a few weeks ago. We've tried making home made ones and while good they don't compare to the nostalgia inducing frozen ones.
