@wirestyle22 No, these devices reside over seas and aren't licensed for multiple languages.
-

I have tons of experience with this, as I support all our users in Mexico
Supporting users in a Spanish isn't too bad, however we forced all the users to do everything in English. Is this a option for you?

You could check out the Comodo One tool... It's not open source, but it is free, and does offer remote control, IIRC... but there's an agent that would need to be installed on the remote machines, I think.

There is no option to change the language for administrative purposes?
Not unless you have Enterprise, trust me, I checked =P
-
@aaronstuder I wish.
Sadly the machines must be in Spanish for business reasons.

Comodo? Really? No. Just No.

@DustinB3403 Bummer. Well just support them in Spanish. It's not too bad. Will they be using custom apps in Spanish as well?
-
How is the internet connection? Much of Mexico has shitty internet.

No no custom apps, but any errors in spanish are a bitch to troubleshoot. (translate.google.com)

Trust me, I know =P
You can do it, but it is a pain in the ass. You start to learn it after time. Not the whole language, but some words

Well, I don't know if you will like this answer, but the only think I every got to work well in Mexico was ScreenConnect, it's not free, but is affordable. (Assumeing you can find someone that already has a licence) hint I do hint
-
How many computers? VNC also works well, but lacks the central management.

I've had to do support in French, that was tough but you get used to it.
My Facebook randomly changed itself to Portuguese the other day and I realized that I could get by, so I switched it to Spanish and that's what I use now.

Everything. Here is just one example: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/project-zero/issues/detail?id=704&redir=1
