In this case @coliver - it was what has already been received. A parcel arrived yesterday with some Swag from SW2016 - but also a great gift.

So True @scottalanmiller - The good days have out numbered the not so good days. People you work WITH makes all the difference. We have a great staff. Passionate about the staff AND the clients.

I've had the great pleasure of being part of a few good teams at my current job and my last one. That along makes such a huge difference.
