        @Jason The system connects to the internet every time and sometimes the internet automatically disconnected and Yellow mark is seen in the Internet option

            Sometimes McAfee not got updated and after updating the McAfee the issue seems to be resolved

                  I had a NAP issue also. I just took one and now it's better 🙂

                    @Dashrender I dont have access to firewall setup.But the system shows that the AV is not updated.After update also the issue continues sometimes

                        Who does? that's probably someone that needs to be looped in on solving NAP issues.

                          I was thinking the same - why are fixing a problem when you don't have the access required to solve the issue.
