Yeah. We usually go to Marblehead but figured we'd try a different area this year.

That's the one. I put in the servers for the local Wegmans there in 2005. Had a bit of free time at night, so walked the Isle a bit after dark.
I'll take a pic. I meant to when I went by but didn't rememberin time. I'm sure it looks different now.

- Take some time to finally become familiar with using git.

It is DragonQuest. I love it.
I know people that hate DQ's format though. so there is that.

DQ8 might be my favourite game of all time. So I'm a fan. Just wondering how it compares to others in the series.

Sadly, I never had a console system to play any of the DQ series after the original NES.
So I only got to play them a little here and there when I was over at a friend's place.

Oh man, DQ8 was epic. In both quality and scope. It was like a 95 hour long top grade cartoon.

I think I have my PS4 accounts all setup right, I could turn on recording
-
@jaredbusch That is one series I think I have played all of. I missed a few Final Fantasy, some of later ones. Love DQ though

- I, II, III, & IV Were on the original NES.
- V and VI never had US releases until the Nintendo DS remakes in 2011 and finally the iOS/Android ports in 2015.
- VII was on the PlayStation
- VIII was on the PS2
- IX is still Nintendo DS only
- X was a MMORPG on many systems, but was never translated out of Japanese.
I never owned a PlayStation or PS2.
That is why I have been so excited for XI. -

You really missed out. Some of the best games were developed for them

I disagree. I missed some console only stuff, but I much prefer desktop games generally.

Same, but some of the console only games were fantastic
