When I set a phone to DND through the FOP2, there is no change to the phone that shows that it's now on DND.

Any idea on how to get the presence set?

      I'm using Yeahlink T22P phones.

OK I'm making headway - The phones don't by default pull any type of indication from the phone switch to show on their displays - all settings have to be configured.

I now have a BLF showing solid or blinking for DND status set either by FOP2 or dialing *76. Now I'd like to be able to press that blinking light to enable/disable DND, and skip using *76 from the phone. Instead when I press the button, it just tries dialing my extension, which rings until it goes to voicemail.

You need to program a soft key as DND. One should have been setup that way by default. They cannot press the blinky light. Well not if you want the button to do something else.

Thanks, I over the weekend I found the custom setting for DND in the Yealink settings. I tell it what code to dial to enable/disable DND. What surprises me is that I don't hear the voice prompt "Do Not Disturb Activated/Deactivated", instead I see on screen options to On/Off DND.

Definitely more complicated than our Mitel system, but at least I get the DND logo on the phone and the FOP2 display matches.

I also noticed if I used the *78 to activate DND/*79 to deactivate DND, I can't reverse DND from the soft button because the phone assumes it's already in the desired state. I can activate (on) DND, then turn around and deactivate it.

Just something to keep in mind, in case anyone was wondering.
