The gist of the conclusion is that if you do things you enjoy that are high energy and are in a community you tend to feel better, and feeling better equals living longer.

The gist of the conclusion is that if you do things you enjoy that are high energy and are in a community you tend to feel better, and feeling better equals living longer.
Yeah that's what I got from it.
It comes down to stress relief / less bad stress, diet, exercise, sleep.

@scottalanmiller Dang thats sad. You know you don't overdose if you just don't take drugs. I mean how hard is it to not take drugs?

@jmoore Alcohol is a drug that causes more disease and death than all others put together?
How hard is it not to do drugs? Pretty damn hard considering the vast majority of humans use drugs. -

@obsolesce No that wasnt his point. Yet it happens more than all others put together. Also this woman didnt od on alcohol. I was just bringing up the fact he doesnt 'do drugs' but drinks alcohol, so he does, in fact do drugs.

If you are rich and famous, you have much more time and money... it would be extremely difficult to not take drugs. Plus rich and famous people get really high quality drugs, which makes it much easier to overdose.

Especially if somebody else has spent any amount of time telling you, "The fire is hot!"
