I accidentally used a Vultr iso today and I'm typing in this password: P3fMph#r and it said it was insecure. I find that very odd because the 1611 build lists it as Good.

Don't forget to have use perm changes before doing that or instead of enacting the changes, it reverts them. I've done that plenty of times.

Your the severe case. Mine is only moderate. If I keep this up, it will be severe.
