The ROG machines have amazing venting. Look at the back of the things. They're almost absurdly thick because of it, but it does the best job of heat dissipation of anything I've looked at.
Well, they do now. Previous generations, not so much. I've got one that's ~4 years old, and I have to put it on a fan at all times or it will shut down from GPU heat. But I know they have fixed that issue. Other than getting hot, mine is super monkey badass.

I had gotten a new laptop as a Christmas gift for some friends a couple years back, and they busted the screen within a week. It's now velcrod to the back of the tv (it's one of those ultra thin and light models). Works great with a wireless mouse/keyboard and HDMI cable.

Mine is 4+ years old iirc. The days kind of blend together...

Four years of gaming will do that to you.

Trying to figure out how to get Meraki to authenticate laptops against AD and a security group through NPS/RADIUS.
It keeps asking for user credentials. Anybody have any suggestions?
Argh. Wrong post. Supposed to go to the "What are you doing right now?" post.
Random thread fits too, ha ha.
belongs in it's own post.

Absolutely, questions shouldn't be inline in other threads. Better than not asking at all, but that knowledge is all just lost even if Google can see it. Every question should be its own topic.

Someone needs to challenge @mlnews and all those early morning posts for post count. Shall we declare a joust?

I've given up trying to keep track of where you happen to be on the planet at any given time, and just default to EST time now.
