That's excellent!!!
Sugar is also a catalyst and food for cancer, among so many other problem causes.

He’s definitely insane enough to be the Joker. If he could just act like a human for a few minutes.
The joker isn't insane. It's a misconception. The joker is aware he is a cartoon, in a world which death and nothing else is permanent. It is why he goes and does whatever whenever no matter how crazy it may seem.
He is a lot like Deadpool, knowing the world isn't real and thus does whatever he wants.
