Is this happening this year, in person? I may be able to attend.

It's feeling unlikely to be able to happen this year, but it's certainly still up for discussion. We were actually talking about some venue options just today!

I may likely have a better chance this year also
Even if it’s to see certain people roll their eyes at me.

          It would be worth it!

I need to check with the new ownership, I've got a relatively large training budget to work with now compared to what was available in the past.

@scottalanmiller Stay away from California, it hurts just saying it.

The problem is the timeframe. May will be too early for many locations to reopen I expect. But hey, Texas is one of th emore likely places to open.

Any possibility of doing it 100% virtual?

Keep discussing. I'd travel (almost) wherever.

Virtual could be a good second. Structured and unstructured video calls maybe?

No, really defeats the purpose. It sounds nice, but in practice, it misses everything.

We did this for SpiceWorld and while it was fun to get people together virtually, it was just a few people hanging out and no conference at all. It was a good effort, but doesn't serve the purpose.

We'll have another MangoCon, just need to figure out when it can be done.
