Installing Windows 10 without a Microcoft account

so, Doing a fresh install of Windows 10 Home ; And it does not give me an option to create without a Microsoft account.

You don't have a button the keyboard? Try shift+f10 and
ipconfig /release -

You don't have a button the keyboard? Try shift+f10 and
ipconfig /releasewent into airplane mode; same effect, got to by pass it.

You don't have a button the keyboard? Try shift+f10 and
ipconfig /releaseAlos this model of HP doesn't have a Wifi Button on the keyboard from what I can see ..
