How to fix blind CCTV Camera at night? see photo

I could just be that the lens needs cleaned. Hard for me to tell from that picture. Also might be a lacking infrared sensor or lighting.

I agree, looks like a dirty lense, the daylight is just bright enough to overcome it.

A little windex first would be what I would try.
Is this a day/night camera?

I concur as well. Looks like it might be spider webs right in front of the lens causing to not to be able to focus. I see that type of image a lot on the cameras I do in an agricultural setting. Usually, it is spider webs. Once it was a brown recluse infestation. Which we had to call the exterminators to come out and deal with first.

Eh - the difference could be light , yes the lens likely needs to be cleaned. But try taping a shield over it and see if that works out for you.

I agree, that's dirt. Clean it off carefully, then put a hood on it.

Thank you very much to all. Camera view is better now, we clean and remove spider webs on the camera.
