Really depends on your facility, more than IT. Some things, like power issues, pretty much apply to everyone because they are so common. Flood, really depends on your particular risks in your area.

Ransomware infection.

Consider all of the risks and categorize them.
- Natural
- Government/Political
- Physical (Power/Physical Access/Hardware failure)
- Cyber (Malware/misconfiguration/etc)
Then I would address and mitigate each one. Also consider cost of downtime and potential impact to business. That's how your going to be able to assess motivations to risks. What is overkill and what is appropriate.
