I hail from NW Ohio (Lima area) but I transplanted to Dayton, OH about 9 years ago.
I'm wanting to move to the Van Wert, OH / Fort Wayne, IN area, if the pay is good, hours are good and I can get good benefits like health/dental/IRA/paid training.......I'm not adverse to travel at all.

Building a trusted framework of people around the country is, I think, a much better approach than using anonymous people. In reality, NTG is building out a true, managed, coast to coast IT delivery system.

Get off the East coast. Once you are over here 2-4 hours is pretty normal.
