Hit the unsubscribe button again:
"You have been unsubscribed from all mailing lists, you will not receive any emails from this sender again."
Let's see what happens next...This is the 5th time I've hit this button.

Every time I get those emails, they end up in my spam filter or junk folder, so I'm a bit leery about clicking the unsubscribe link.

@Dashrender You can always ask us to get off the list and we honor those requests right away! Warm regards, [email protected]
How do we get the sales calls to stop? After getting screened to voicemail 3 dozen times then being told "we're not interested" doesn't do the trick. Or do I need to individually tell everyone on the entire sales team "we're not interested"?

One of their sales people even found me on social media after her phone calls and emails went unanswered for months. She then proceeded to contact me on social media platforms like that was going to work. I even emailed her and said not interested and she just kept hounding me. I think she finally gave up, but for all I know she is still trying to call my old job, and contact my old email.

Confirmation that the email is monitored... I get you.

Does this particular rep have a name that starts with T? This is why I can't let certain vendors anywhere near my clients. They don't want the nonsense.

Do you have any comment to all this stuff? Is it possible it is a few rogue sales people?
It seems your view and what is actually happening to most ML users are not in sync.

Most? You need to learn how to count.

Well it is not "all", so what word would you have picked?

I'm still not sure which direction @JaredBusch was talking about. I though he though I went too low, but now thinking he though I went too high.
The Goldilocks of KnowBe threads...

How many people reported it? From memory, I thought that it was like four.
-
Sorry, six reports that they can't get the spam to stop. Two reports that they tried and it worked. So out of a pool of six, it is 4:2. I think "a few to several" is a good description. Anything more than "several" would really be pushing it.

Actually that is 6:2. So out of every 8 users, 6 can't get it to stop. I say most is still applicable.
But really, who cares? I would like to hear from @stus, though.

Guys,
We honor any and all "ask-off" requests. At the bottom of all our emails are unsub options and they work. If they don't - email me and I will fix that.
Also, you can email me personally at [email protected] if you want to get out of salesforce and/or the newsletter and we WILL get you off the list.
Warm regards,
Stu

That's just it - I want on that list - but I want off the phone calls and direct emails from sales personal list.
