Wow, that's a complete scam. It's amazing how much equipment in the digital audio space is targeted at selling "analogue fixes" to digital systems in the hopes that the customer doesn't know what digital is or how it works. It's a huge market.

@Obsolesce just overlap in the older security baselines, device configuration and new dedicated sections for security (like ASR). was looking forward to not touching it again for a while.

Well yes, I'll agree there. But I will say, I'm not the one who made it, that would be the reason that I missed it on verification. It was sent to me. So I had the additional bias of "I was told X" and when I looked it appeared to be true. If I had found the page myself rather than having it interpreted for me maybe I wouldn't have made the mistake.

This is how it works on Facebook. Someone posts an article with an idiotic biased headline, 70% of everyone only reads the headline, most who do read the biased or incorrectly written article never even read the source.

@Obsolesce curious on the 70% figure... i usually throw up with 80% because of some studies that show how population shifts after 10 to 20% at most start moving into another direction. any reasons for the 70?
