on hold with an ISP for one of our restaurants, we support their phones and we're seeing a huge packet loss/discarded so we're checking with them to see what errors they see

An impromptu 2hr meeting with the boss this afternoon. Myself and the other engineer I work with both had things we needed to discuss with him in addition to what he had called us about.

It has suddenly become autumn in the south! Which will be even better when I get to Asheville NC later. Going to see WEEN tomorrow night, but we're making a weekend of it. Mid 50s F at night.... I'm ready!

Has been a busy week here. Just utter craziness on the clock and off.

Just got back from the beach. A friend's dog was just hit by a truck and I'm coordinating getting him to a hospital.

Monday for me - got on the computer about an hour ago coffee and tickets.. lots of tickets. but I learned how to setup a voicemail in 8x8 phone systems today so far, so that was cool

On the phone with Zoho Support who have told me that if you bundle their services, you lose support. WTF. Complete fail. I'm a pretty big Zoho fan but this is INSANE.
