What Are You Doing Right Now

FedEx is horrible here, delivering to the wrong address (good thing everyone knows everyone here or I would never get things). Or not delivering at all. USPS takes weeks to deliver something that should take days.
UPS is awesome here. -

Am I the only one how always has bad luck with Shipping services? USPS just leaving package notices in the mail box because they are too lazy to bring the package to the door, UPS came today and didn't leave a package because I was not home, even though I pre-authorized shipment with an online signature release. Fedex often delivers to the wrong address.
Here, the USPS will steal anything they can. If they think it might have a check inside, they open it and take the bank numbers off the check. Parcel containing anything of value? Stolen. What happens when they steal something they didn't want? Smash it, tape it back together half-assedly, and deliver. ** F***[moderated]THE USPS!!!!!! Privatize that sh [moderated] so it will work correctly!!!!

We have major USPS problems. Had to open an FBI case a few years ago. Now it takes over a week to get a first class letter from one part of the state to another.

@RojoLoco USPS used to know how to deal with stuff like that.
1792 - Congress imposes the death penalty for stealing mail.

Dang it. Broke my phone again.... I'm so bad with phones. What's the cheapest AT&T/unlocked phone I can get on amazon prime to work with the AT&T/Cricket network?

Wonder about this one?

Or should I just go for the Zen Fone 2
-
@thecreativeone91 I was very close to getting the Asus Zen2 and in my research you really want the 64GB version. It has more RAM and a (much?) faster CPU

More money than I wanted to spend. The 16GB doesn't have a prime seller either
Picked up the fire phone: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OC0USA6 And it comes with an additional year of prime which is half the price of the phone.

Can't tell you the battery life on it though. -

I don't know about cricket, but the Lumia 635 is $50 at walmart and you can put an AT&T sim in it.

Not sure. I just went for an android phone. Sad thing is the lumia 1520 I had broke because of heat, the screen cracked while I was outside today but I did nothing to cause that. Apparently the type of glass used in these phones (instead of the normal) make them prone to breaking in heat. It's been about 100 degrees here.

I think I just started having sympathy sweat - I'll pass on that 100f!

Yeah these past two weeks have been very hot for us, we never get this hot usually. We've been having bad storms too with hail and very strong winds.

Maybe your phone will be covered under warranty?

Sadly I'm a Cheap A** so I bought the last one on ebay.

According to someone I talked to who knows more about science than me. It means there's likely a nice or scratch on the surface. The heat expands the glass putting pressure on the on imperfection and makes it easy to start cracking and once it starts it just keeps going. Odd that I've never heard of anyone's phone doing this before.

I'm celebrating the (what seems to be) successful migration of a couple rails sites/apps to an AWS-EC2 instance. I'm completely ignorant of ruby/rails, so even though it was an irritating task at time; I acquired some useful future knowledge.
