I bet that is awesome. I got to meet Bob Moog when I lived in Asheville in the late 90s. Really nice guy.

Setting up a new SIP phone at home.

Trying to get work done, but have the attention span of a flea today... I think being involved in a meeting and 2 interviews sucked it all up.

Been on the phone for the last hour, on hold for at least 45 minutes.

"I know Kung Fu"I've been on hold and trying to find something to distract me from this horrific hold music, so mine is more intentional today then normal.

@WrCombs I think Microsoft is probably the worst...or at least that's the worst that comes to mind right now.
Wait time wasn't too bad, but the language barrier can be so tough...Verizon was always stupid fast to answer their phone all dozens and dozens and dozens of times I've had to call.
Airwatch is annoying to talk to, but they don't put you on hold for too long.
ATT was a nightmare to deal with...
I hate dealing with Trend Micro...
Pitney Bowes! Oh man their hold times are ridiculous
Probably the worst hold time and people to deal with are Government entities though lol.

Try talking to a credit card processor who uses 12 different ISO's to push their product, and you have to figure out which "Support" team is going to help you fix the issue-

@WrCombs Wow, yeah I think I'd rather shove my junk in a pencil sharpener
-
Its been a while since I installed Windows on my work computer. After it was installed and up to date, none of the mmc snapins worked. lol.
-
@black3dynamite Oh yeah, I'd imagine that's way past depreciation.
All you need is RSAT and Server Manager. Or heck Powershell I suppose -
Retiring some cloud instances that are not needed any longer.
