Ah yeah. those bi-monthly maintenances can get you. . .
AKA Drums, Feed Rollers, Fusing units. . .

The easiest approach to converting VMs is to use a converter when the VM is still functioning.

Yeah, I have this right now. I am on 2008 R2, but need to migrate to 2016.
