Just saw the 400 year old "angel" oak tree on John's island. Truly amazing.
I saw this 600 year old tree in 2005.
Was really cool.
I have yet to visit California (more than a layover in LAX) or Yosemite, but I really want to see the Sequoia trees. Just imagine standing next to a 3000 year old tree.
I've seen those too. It's pretty staggering.

One sick daughter, the other at gymnastics lessons.
Weekend pretty much shot to hell as the sick daughter was originally supposed to have a sleep over tonight. She is horribly upset.
Might work on organizing the garage. I need to buy or build shelving.

Thunder storms have arrived. Nice rolling thunder in the distance here. Windows are open so perfect for listening to it.

Just made a big batch of protein bars. These turned out to be the best yet.
100g less of Oats with an extra 50g of almond flour and flaxseed meal.

I am catching up since kids have been sick, so I am cleaning up the house

Got dad-in-law's company moved over to zoho for email.
