What Are You Doing Right Now

Yeah. That's probably what I'm going to do. That ASA will be replaced eventually. It might be worth just scheduling downtime, replacing both, and configuring anew. Ending configuration = site-to-site VPN between our office and data center network and remote access VPN to our office, which allows traffic to then cross the site-to-site VPN (since two of my bosses need to RDP into data center servers from their home).
Might make another thread about this, since I'm sure there will be a conversation about how not-good the above is.

@eddiejennings I should get off my ass and post guides on how to setup various VPN configurations in the EdgeMax line.
I have used every option that is native to the units.

In your copious amounts of free time :P.
I do remember there being screwiness with Identity NAT for passing traffic from a remote access VPN and Site-to-Site VPN with ASAs.

Only thing I know about the Cisco side anymore is how to unlplug them.
I seriously have not done anything else with a Cisco router since 2009.

Why so humane? I'd rather dump water on it and watch it scream.

The main "screwiness" is having to pay a retarded amount per year to make the overpriced, underpowered device work. Fuck Cisco in their overpriced asses.

That's what you get for paying a marketing company to handle IT tasks.

Ha! The config we have was inherited, and since it works, I really haven't touched it other than setting up RADIUS authentication. With the ERLs coming in, I'm hoping the resultant config will be something sane.

Nothing better than looking at some of these 4k TV's suspiciously because their prices are too low.

yeah, the bottom definitely seemed to drop out - 65" 4K TV, when a 18 months ago they were $1800. Heck, the ads are still littered with many 55" TVs in the $1500+ range (better quality of course).

Really, they're mostly just "brands you've heard of", not necessarily better.

Waiting for a haircut.

Officially off the clock... But it doesn't feel like I've gotten anything accomplished today.

Oh I can't say that...
fixed several user issues
de-racked a DL380 G5, and replaced it with a Dell R710 Gen II - wiped it and got iDRAC working and installed Hyper-V 2016. -
Just went to the Microsoft Store because Oculus advertised it as the sole place where you can try out a Rift. MS acted like we were crazy and they haven't offered that for a while. Apparently Oculus doesn't have any means for people to test the Rift. I can only guess it wasn't doing well once people tested it so they stopped allowing demos. Very unimpressed.
-
They lost two potential sales today. Seven people went to test it out. Would have bought two today had they liked them. Instead, no chance of buying one.

Still waiting for my first job related email of the day in my work account.
Got one from CDW guy, but i am not counting that.
