I've decided on the Asus ZenFone 4 Pro to be my next phone to replace my 2-year old Microsoft/Lumia 950XL. I'm just waiting for the U.S. release, then I'll order it from Amazon. Anyone know when to expect the U.S. release? I can't find anything!
I think it'll go for $600 (from what I've found on Google), well below the Samsungs and Apples that have the same or worse hardware (iP8, S8, S8+, Note 8).
If it won't be for a while, I'm going to need to get another batter for my 950XL. I think I still have warranty on it, but if not, I can get another batter for it for max $25.

Just took a pork shoulder off the smoker after 12 hours. Simmering some blueberry-carolina reaper BBQ sauce... It smells amazing with just a hint of evil.

Great weekend.
Saturday: Had the local town agricultural show (EN-US = county fair) on Saturday. Tractor rides for the kiddies, old cars, laser tag, bouncy castles, fireworks etc. The local fire crew even did a demo of how they cut someone out of a car.Sunday: Fathers day. Quite enjoyable
So Happy Fathers Day to you.

Sunny and hot I'm guessing, but I'm sure still requires your boots and a boat.

Taking a break from Everquest.

the day wrapped,.. most of the gear stowed and pretrip packing done. The weekend goes so fast when two of the three days are burned with driving.
Was nice to get to VA and share some time with my eldest son, brother, father and spective spouses.. but now its time to please wagers on what sleep I can get tonight since I got the short bed again so we can scamper back to KY, school and work.
My wife and the twins.. the other two are off somewhere...

Not tired enough to sleep yet; thus, reading more in the RHCSA/RHCE Red Hat Linux Certification Study Guide, Seventh Edition book.

Yeah, apparently. I've been trying it with a number of different distributions. Really is CentOS 7 or bust it seems.

Yup, that's how they work. They basically make and test for only CentOS 7. Never use anything else with them.

Man, SW has really screwed up their posting again. Now it scrolls to the bottom, then to the top no matter what you are doing. Getting to your posting window, which is in the lower middle of a huge scroll page, is so hard and time consuming and you are never sure when they are done moving the window around on you.
