WIfe started new job today so the morning was quite the cluster trying to get both kids up, dressed, fed, off to school/daycare and get to work myself. This is going to be an adjustment.
She's the bus driver now isn't she?

I spent most of Saturday sleeping in... I woke up long enough to get ready to cut the grass and then the bottom fell out... An hour or so later, I ran out and mowed the small lake that formed in my back yard.
Sunday... I'm not ashamed to admit that we didn't do a dang thing all day. it was nice.
Saw War for the Planet of the Apes - Meh. They added an intentional comedic effect that failed for me. Sure they were funny at the moment, but for the movie - meh. This one definitely had a different feel than the previous ones. Though they did kinda tie things up in a nice ribbon.

Wake up an hour earlier.
-
@dustinb3403 Nope, I'm the driver too! Actually the good thing is for 2 days a week we can carpool so it will be both of us going nuts in the AM. (She and I work for the same company but our hours are a bit different)
-
@dashrender Yep we're figuring out wake up/shower schedule and 1 hour earlier is about right

My wife gets up 30 mins before my alarm, then I normally snooze once (9 extra mins), and is normally out of the bathroom before I getup. But if I get up right at that 30 min mark, we'll overlap for about 5 mins.

Coffee... and explaining how local users work on a desktop for the 10th time...
uh - why?
they are no longer on AD (long story don't ask).
I'm asking anyhow. Any reason can't Azure AD?
Going to be going to very few windows and mostly chrome books so no reason for it.

Law department got new carpeting done Friday. No one told us. We get a call this morning first thing that nothing is working (still no mention of what took place). I get up there and everything is unhooked. All of the cabling is a gigantic knot that they taped to the desks with duct tape. They pulled an access point out of the wall and broke a ton of cables by crushing them with furniture.
What a day and it's only 10:00 AM.

Sounds like somebody stepped out of scope of a project or there was a failure of communication somewhere.

Well, it actually sounds like vandalism.
-
But the law department probably wouldn't recognize vandalism if they walked it and tore up their own office.

Actually, they were hired to do a job. This sounds more like incompetence.

Three people couldn't make it. I knew that and the plan was going to be to discuss what the rest of use needed to discuss and relay to those three. Of the people that were going to make it, only two (including myself) were here; thus, rescheduling will happen.

LOL - we have board meetings like that. They are given the agenda - if they don't attend, they are simply left out of any votes that happen that day.

- Welcome to small offices :P. It's not a problem, and frankly, I'd rather find a time for all 7 of us to meet together.
