Snow would kill you. Snow is something you need to grow up around to know how to handle it, have your body adapt, know how to drive in it, etc.
I don't have plan to live in place with snow, Just maybe to visit lols
You'd freeze. A day that is bone-chilling for you is a heatwave for us right now...no exaggeration.

Cable Technician is a position that performs installation, modification, repair and maintenance of voice, video and data cabling systems. In addition to installation the Technician will install equipment and be involved in some facets of configuration and deployment.Position Requirements:
Required skills:
Physically install Category 5, Enhanced Category 5, Category 6, and fiber optic Cables
Installation of outlets, pulling cable, pre-termination including organizing, forming, dressing and labeling cables to defined standards
Terminate, assemble and install standard RJ-45 connectors
Accurately test copper and fiber (multimode and single mode) cables to required certification parameters utilizing appropriate test equipment as required
Diagnose and correct copper and optical fiber problems
Removal and demolition of abandoned cables -
