WTF People. 13% This is SO basic and talked about SO often.
Before posting this comment, I had to look up a doc to make sure my memory of a 16-core minimum was correct
Seriously? This is something so beat to death.

So many possible definitions to that... please don't make me have to bleach my brain.

Someone not technically competent enough to configure their VCR sufficiently to change the time from the default 12:00 that flashes.

It's quite possible. But I personally know a guy whose last name is shithead. NOT pronnounced the way it is spelled, lol.

Why do people, even IT people, constantly feel the need to bring random non-experts into a conversation to confuse them? This drives me crazy. "Well, but guy who has no reason to know this stuff thought that all this expert opinion was wrong... might he not be correct?"
Why the heck is he engaged in the conversation? I don't care what the grocery store clerk thinks about your network, YOU are the IT guy, if you don't know networking, ask networking experts not grocery store clerks.

That's my thinking. This gets discussed so often, I can't believe that so many people are getting it wrong. There have always been minimums for MS licensing in this way. it's not a new thing at all.
I guess I don't see this beat to death. We rarely talk about it here on ML, and I don't read SW anymore unless I'm following a link from someone - so I'm not sure where the beat to death comes from?

Playing Lego Star Wars the force awakens with my daughter.

Just got a heat advisory here... Heat Index of 107F tomorrow.

Its going to be a toasty weekend. If I can get my wheel back from getting trued I can get on the bike very early in the morning.
Its not even August yet. -
WTH. My ERX at my office must have locked up. Lost all connectivity. This is the third time it has happened in about a year. I wonder if an ERL would have better reliability?

This is why I use the ERL or ERPoE always. They have the console port.
I can jack in and check it out before the reboot happens.

Yeah, this is the nail in the coffin. Im switching to the ERL. Still wouldn't help me to get it online now without going to the office, but at least I could see what's going on.

I have ERX units out at user houses. THey have been workign fine.

@JaredBusch I have a couple at friends and family as well. No issues. The one at the office is used quite heavily. It shouldn't be having this issue, but like I said. It's happened more than once. Wish I could reset remotely.
