It's basically an MSP dedicated to nothing but Cisco. We have clients that I won't mention the names on here, as I'm not sure if I can, but let's just say major government entities. They also developed their own monitoring application similar to Spiceworks but it's only for Cisco devices. I've been told it's quite robust and good.

Cool, well good luck. Are you sticking with Staples part time too?

Yup. Schedule is gonna be Tues-Sat 7a-4p to start at ShoreGroup and I'm gonna work Staples on Mondays and in the evenings.
-
Starting pay at ShoreGroup is $10/hour for my position but assuming I get brought on after six months, I go up to $15/hour.
-
50%, that is quite an increase!

Yup. They also pay for your testing. I've been told they give you vouchers the first couple times you take a Cisco cert, like the CCNA or CCNP, and then after that you have to pay for it but they reimburse you, pass or fail. That was something I've never heard of another company doing. A lot will cover the cost two, or maybe three times, but after that you have to pay for it yourself.
Also, I've been told each cert you get is an ~5K/year pay increase.
