Yes, there is no level at which you can get away from redundancy ISPs.
This is a good thing... But everybody needs a second ISP... Hopefully one that doesn't depend on L3, lol.
Yes, the basics for an enterprise datacenter is redundancy for the core services like power and internet.

My other niece, in the same conversation, could not identify what history she has been taking this year. US or world, she wasn't sure.

Actually, he's been out a bunch lately (wife sick), so it would be sweet if he had his desk phone extension in his pocket. He's the guy who coddles our most special snowflake customers.

I have a special SSID just for those people where it forces you to login to the AP every 30 minutes.
