Banging my head on the desk while trying to get Windows 10 to connect to our VPN... I've basically concluded that it has to be getting blocked from the customer side.

Seems to be windows 10 issues. Using the built in client to connect back to this office, simple PPTP connection, no love. But I know that at least 2 people are working from home today, so the tunnel is working. I think the IT dept at the customer side isn't exactly skilled or qualified to do anything to computers.

I know those feels... working with our government clients and their IT staff makes me feel like I've gotta dumb everything down...
This is one of our guys at the customer site, and he's actually sharp, but their IT has no idea if they have anything in place that would block the connection. And yes, it's a government office...

Just erased our primary SSID passphrase from a whiteboard my wife wrote down. I have my kids on seperated networks with different rules, so they aren't on my network. facepalm
I guess it was good that it didn't say what network it was for!
