I just got a google voice message (voicemail) from Santa... returning my call... I didn't realize the N Pole had the same area code as ATL...

Remember Santa’s address: When your letter is ready, drop it in a mailbox anywhere in Canada and the postal elves will make sure it gets to the big man quickly. Santa has a special arrangement with the post office and a stamp is not required. But please remember any other letter or card being sent to Grandma or anyone else needs a stamp. Santa’s address is:
              SANTA CLAUS

              CANADA.
              About the Santa Letter-writing Program
The Santa Letter-writing Program is an employee-led volunteer initiative with current and retired employees donating more than 226,000 hours of time. The program, a classroom tradition with teachers, encourages children to read, write letters, and learn about the mail system.

Wouldn't this require giving Spiceworks an admin level username and password for at least your workstations so they could inventory them? WMI?

Sorry, been at a funeral all afternoon. Ya its just the help desk.

Hey, Canada gave us Kids in the Hall, Rush, Trailer Park Boys, maple syrup, back bacon, and Shatner. That's all win in my book.

Why can't you do a CNAME pointed to that?

You can but it screws with their virtual host for some reason. Instead of going to my instance, it went to the main spiveworks hosted support.

@johnhooks Let me know how that works... I thought about setting one up for myself... just haven't got around to it.

It's really simple to set up. It doesn't have a ton of functions, just set up types and some custom fields (from what I've seen so far) but if you just need a simple application it looks fine.

Maybe it's intentional, and to get that you have to pay for it.

Pay whom? There isn't any pay service anywhere, is there?

                                  Snake season has begun:
