I'm down to try thatI can give tons of recommendations on my favorite sauces. I haven't counted, but I'd bet I have close to 100 different sauces right now.

Next time for sure. I eat at Mr. Taco at least once a week. My other go-to is a quesadilla with cochinita pibil pork.

Taco Tuesday!!! I brought some leftover tacos borrachos that I made last night - carne picada beef, simmered with spices, onions, garlic, and beer.

Wife mixed it with porkrinds instead of bread crumbs and mixed in worcheshire sauce. Burgers came out incredible. -

Burgers came out incredible.I saw a burger recipe that had "bacon paste" added in... basically, chop up some bacon and toss it in a blender or food processor and pastify it. Add to burgers, meatloaf, use as a coating for wings, etc.
