Just got out of a meeting.
We are changing directions and moving to a different software.
Guess who they are sending to KC - and going to be the Lead on new software that is moving to cloud based systems.
      This guy -

Congratulations! or... You have my condolences... I'm not sure which to say, so I shall simply say...\\//_ good luck.

I see it as both good and bad i Guess.
New software means ability to move up and forward with the company,
bad because that means I have to change my focus and start learning from the ground up

Honestly though, can anyone name all band members of Maroon 5 without searching for it first?

        Maroon who?

@WrCombs it also puts you into a position of being the "only guy who knows this so I feel like I need to stay and do a job I dislike forever".

anybody ever heard of Windows server 2008 resetting the date back ?
apparently it's happened a whole lot within the last week where it sets the date back to 1/31/2019 ever since that day..
                  any Ideas on this?

Is it on the domain? Is the DC time correct? Servers and clients on the domain automatically use the DC time.

I think you may be want to look for a daylight savings time patch. There were some released several years back that addressed the change in the time change schedules. They had to be applied manually.

What's the time in the BIOS say (if it's a physical install)?

I've seen BIOS time issues before.

If it's a VM, what's the host time show?

@WrCombs oh I believed you. It might be worth it's own topic.

I've never seen this occur personally. I've had timezone issues in the past. Usually much older systems. But I've not experienced this.

It's crazy. I dont understand it.

Going to change the account policy and see if it's somebody is doing it.

Is it on the domain? Is the DC time correct? Servers and clients on the domain automatically use the DC time.

                                            Not a domain, It's on a workgroup

I would have to be on site to check bios settings, right?
