Can't login to this vendor website which is the way you create support tickets. No other way to communicate. Seems like a huge oversight lol?

It's not an oversight, they don't want people creating tickets. . .

lol. I hear everybody jump up and down about RDP being sluggish, but I rarely have a problem with it being slow unless something is up on the underlying server.
