Nextcloud Troubleshooting

I tried to install the sharepoint backend app but it failed the install and now NC is unreachable. I've tried to disable the app via cli but I get this error. Thoughts? Files External is not installed. Which I though it could be but I cannot do anything wih it.
'OCA\\Files_External\\Lib\\Config\\IBackendProvider' not found at \/var\/www\/nextcloud\/apps\/sharepoint\/lib\/Backend\/Provider.php#31"

Never used that one or had a problem like that.
-
My first thought would be to restore from backup, rather than trying to fix a problem with a random message like that.

Lots of threads like this that mention the issue, and have no fixes...

@scottalanmiller I saw that too. I am wondering if I could just delete the folder in question and see if that helps.

That was going to be my recommendation -- at least move the folder to /root or something to test.

Maybe, do a move, not a delete, in case you need to put it back.

Good idea! I moved the folder and it may have taken longer then normal, but it finally loaded again.
