I do have a few at Hetzner, they are actually not the fastest around. But Hetzner offers awesome customer service

ARM cores can be packed in very densely compared to normal servers. So something like 40 of those 4 core servers in a 4u high rack. Compared to even blade systems, they pack a lot more into the same amount of space.

Why not? that's like a beefed up Raspberry Pi.

That's nothing. You can get many hundreds of cores PER U for really high end cores.
