@JaredBusch how many of your clients (per instance) use the service. Any issues with it?
None of my clients want speech to text. Free or paid.
Three of the people in my office use it.
It is really hit or miss. but not a bad deal for the price.
$5/u/m is not a bad deal? considering what I get from O365 for $6/m/u...
The price is whatever it is, if there is a business case for it the price doesn't matter.

I only agree so much in IF the business case shows there is enough value at the price it is - never that the price doesn't matter.

That is not what I pay.

It looks like this is not offered any longer?

Oh I see, you did not read everything @Dashrender

That's what I saw and figured your pricing was based on. I never even considered the list price as what you were paying.
-
I have spent $40 in the last 12 months on transcriptions.
-
I'm not seeing an option for per-minute pricing from the purchase page.
-
I was guessing this is not for Dustin personally, so assumed the personal plan didn't qualify.
-
Interesting. I would contact them. If the per minute plan is no longer available, this is not such a good service to recommend.

@jaredbusch Do you still use this for voicemail transcription?
The request has been made for voicemail to text. Wondering if there is something better than this?

No, the low cost tier was simply horrible.
I’ve been tinkering with using Amazon’s Poly.

Like it didn't work or they were slow to get the text back to you?
