Yes, but does it have cheese in it?
We put ground turkey in it, but I'm sure it could be substituted for tofu something.

Technically Sashimi is raw fish. Sushi just means vinegared rice with other ingredients (sometimes raw fish).

To be fair most of the time the raw fish is the best part though
