Haha!! They seemed like a very good company to be honest!! The whole "we are looking for specialized skills that you get with certifications" is kinda dumb if you ask me. It's that whole argument "are certifications necessary?"

They actually said and I quote "It’s a combination of types of experience and best practices knowledge, which usually comes from dedicated training, certifications, and the like."
