Linux preference - desktop

I've been so torn on my primary desktop between Fedora, Mint, Manjaro (random, I know), Korora, and -surprisingly- Zorin. Each has it's ups and downs with their package managers, amount of repositories (free and paid aside), and of course look and navigation. Solus was in there for a while but decided against it.
Thoughts on your own favorite daily driver out of box? What do you like and don't like?

I'm running Mint 18 (MATE) myself. I enjoy it because it is based on Ubuntu, but appears to be more polished when used as a desktop than Ubuntu.
Niggles & Aggravations with it: Boot partition can be kinda small and I sometimes have to manually clean out /boot from old kernels and such. Since it started using EFI, I haven't had to do this yet, but I've only been using it as my daily driver for about a month now.
Pros: This version doesn't break compatibility with my NVIDIA drivers after every update like OpenSUSE Tumbleweed seemed to do.

For personal use, one of my favorites is #!++. I like Kali a lot, but it's not the best for an every day desktop experience. I'd rather use #!++ and install the tools I like on that.

If I'm looking for more, I usually just throw on Ubuntu. (personal use)

My preference is anything that will run a modern browser alongside tmux, vim, and fish. And if I have my phone handy I couldn't really care if it runs a browser...

Korora is my favourite, followed closely by Mint. Those two are far and away my favourites for my own use. Sadly neither installs on my laptop and I am now using stock Ubuntu, which works fine but isn't nearly as nice.

I run Fedora and I also have a CentOS 7 workstation.
I switch between Gnome 3 and i3.

How do you like systemd on CentOS7? The performance seems really good but I've found the commands tough to get used to coming from initd.
Also, why use CentOS workstation when you have Fedora? Seems more practical to use Fedora on a workstation.

I'm more partial to systemd myself. I guess everyone is different ha.
I use a RHEL 7 workstation at work and it feels comfortable. Plus it's rock solid. You have to intentionally try to break it. I think I kind of prefer it over the fedora system I have.

I use Linux Mint here, still on 17.3 though.
