Looks like a stock android phone with a receiver on it. Can you actually take the android device off of the base and use it that way?

Came in and our new £20K Citrix farm wasn't working because somehow the controller thinks it's own ip is in use (despite being static) so was on the 169.x.x.x address, changed the address on Friday all working came in this morning to find DNS still showing the old address. So had ago at the MSP that set it all up, along with that people asking for urgent things that were more like "I've forgot my password" and me saying that's not priority getting the Citrix working is wasn't good enough for them lol. So felt like just saying bugger it!
