"Republican" ... I don't know what he is, but I don't think he's really a republican, lol.

I'd say he's more of a Trumplican than anything.
He's doing it for his own interest, I wonder if we'd impeach him after his first year...

It appears most of the Republican base would disagree with you.

I think most people are so fed up with both major parties, they're looking for any alternative possible. How else can Trump and Sanders be explained?

It's true. The new "Post Reagan" Republicans are a totally new party and this is their candidate. It's just that the Republican party of today has no association of the one from the 1860s - 1980s.

Sanders is going to lose because he's not a Democrat (he literally switched just to run.) Trumps a long time Republican and is favoured by the party. Sanders is an alternative, Trump, at this point, is the mainstream.

If Trump does win, I (and many other Americans) will soon be Canadian. I've been studying their culture for decades, I bet I can integrate pretty easily, eh?

I doubt that many people will actually change their citizenship. A ton of people said the same thing with Obama and Bush, it never really happened.
Plus there is a ton of documentation to have to go through to do it. Which many people refuse to do. It might be easier to just move around like @scottalanmiller does than to actually change your nationality.

I highly doubt that they will too, however, I've never heard it anything like we hear it now and have never seen it have such an immediate and direct impact on peoples' safety and freedom of movement. So we might see things change a lot. I've never before seen places advertise as a good place for Americans to move to in regards to governmental changes before either. So things are certainly different this time.

We never really say it, but it's enough that we will likely change our nationality and stop just moving around. Our safety and protection will be heavily compromised in the event that Trump gets elected. We've talked with some friends in a government office about options just last week. Very casual, but we have several options that we are prepared to execute. Living outside of the US will potentially become very dangerous and our ability to return may be revoked.
