Does xByte carry Dell switches?

Ebay seems to be the best source you get buyer protection. Elsewhere will usually cost more and be more bossiness geared with refurb and warriented stuff (overkill for home). And then there's the super sketchy websites.
That seems to be the best bet, I've just been curious if there was a source other people knew about that I didn't.

whatcha looking for? i might know a guy
As far as what I'm looking for, Fully managed 10/100/1000 switch, higher end brand like HP. Not Cisco since it is a pain to get updated IOS software for the switch.
If I can find one with some lite layer 3 that would be a plus, along with POE. But, neither are must haves.

ah, i've only got cisco gear.

They carry the Force10 line... but appears to be all they have.
-
Dell Swtiches run their commands near identical to cisco and you can find them pretty cheap used.
-
If you understand the concepts you can google whatever device you have and what you want to do.
That is where I ge the real value from my Cisco training. I've not touched a Cisco device since I got done, lol.

Yeah I need a decently sized switch for my home lab too, but I am not dropping $100 plus on it.

$100 is cheap. You can get a Dell 2448 for around that.

Apparently I'm cheap then.
-
what do you consider decently sized? I wouldn't expect a 24 port 1 gb switch for less than $100 unless it's used. And even $100 seems low for 24 port 1 GB switch used.
-
I'd only buy used/refurb equipment for a home lab. 24 Ports is enough for me
But there's nothing that I'd want in my price.
